These guys are the best, hands down! I have had to use them twice and both times they were excellent. The first time I spent 45 mins trying to get through to a competitor and gave up, Emergency Response picked up on the third ring and were at my house in 20 mins. The second time, my hot water heater started to leak. I called in the afternoon and was told the guy would be there between 8am and 10am the next morning. He called ahead and was at my house at 7:55am. Got the job done fast and right. Also, they take the Covid issue seriously, he was very cautious about distancing and wearing a mask, and there was only one guy on the job to reduce exposure. But he got the job done in the time two people would have. Can say enough good, and i never bother to review anything. ~ G.C.
